Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "POLIMORFOS DE CLORETO DE (2-BENZIDRIL-1-AZABICICLO [2,2,2] ÈCT-3-IL)-(5-ISOPROPIL-2-METOXIBENZIL) AMÈNIO CRISTALINO COMO ANTAGONISTAS DE RECEPTOR NK-1". Duas formas polimórficas cristalinas de dihidrato de dicloridrato de (2-benzidril-1-azo-biciclo[2,2,2]oct-3-il)-(5-isopropil-2-metoxibenzil)-a mina são a Forma I e a Forma II. A composição farmacêutica contendo pelo menos um desses polimorfos possui uma estabilidade vantajosa para formulação para tratar a êmese em pacientes recebendo quimioterapia. A administração desta composição farmacêutica é oral convencional preferencialmente por comprimidos ou cápsulas ou intravenosa. Um método de fabricação das Forma I e II também é revelado.
