Abstract

"MéTODO, PROCESSO E APARELHO DE ATIVAçãO RáPIDA PARA PREPARAçãO DE CARBONO ATIVADO PELETIZADO A PARTIR DE REFUGOS CARBONáCEOS". Processo e aparelho para a ativação térmica de materiais carbonáceos para se obterem carbonos ativos altamente porosos e de elevada área de superfície em tempos de processamento muito curtos, baseados no efeito catalítico de certos materiais de parede sobre o gás de ativação, particularmente CO~ 2~ que é útil para uma rápida geração de microporos durante o processo de ativação, embora retarde uma queima excessiva durante a oxidação aplicável a biomassa e processamento de subprodutos de refugo ligno-celulósicos e celulósicos, que tem uma vantagem económica em potencial devido aos tamanhos de reator compactos, que podem ser construídos de maneira prática, assim como uma reduzida exigência de energia.
