"PARTìCULAS, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR AS MESMAS FORMULAçãO FARMACêUTICA, DISPOSITIVO MéDICO, PREPARAçãO BIOCATALISADORA, AGENTES DE LIMPEZA, E PROTETOR OU ANTI-INCRUSTAçãO, USO DE PARTìCULAS, E, PROCESSO PARA ISOLAR UMA MACROMOLéCULA BIOLóGICA DE UMA SOLUçãO AQUOSA". A presente invenção diz respeito a microcristais revestidos de proteína e seu processo de preparação. Os microcristais revestidos de proteína podem encontrar aplicação específica no preparo de enzimas para uso como biocatalisadores; na preparação de proteínas terapêuticas para uso em formulações farmacêuticas; na produção de agentes de limpeza que contenham enzimas; na produção de tintas, vernizes, revestimentos, películas e outros que compreendam proteínas que comunicam propriedades de proteção e/ou anti-incrustações; na produção de películas, polímeros, tintas, revestimentos, eletrodos e/ou materiais ópticos que compreendam proteínas para kits de diagnósticos e/ou aplicações de biossensores; no uso de proteínas para estudos de reconhecimento molecular, ligação molecular e ligação inibidora em meios não aquosos, e na preparação de aditivos alimentares com base em proteínas.
