Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO DE MOLDAGEM PORINJEçãO PARA COPOLìMEROS DE (MET)ACRILATOCONTENDO GRUPOS NEUTROS E áCIDOS". A invençãorefere-se a um processo para preparação de corpos moldados pormeio de moldagem por injeção com as etapas de processo: A)fusão de uma mistura de: a) um copolímero de (met)acrilato, que secompõe de 40 até 100% em peso de C~ 1~-C~ 4~ -alquilésteresradicalmente polimerizáveis do ácido acrílico ou do ácidometacrílico e 0 até 60% em peso de monómeros de (met)acrilatocom um grupo aniónico no radical alquila, que b) contém 0,1 até3% em peso de um agente de separação e opcionalmente c) 0 até50% em peso de um agente de fixação seco, d) 0 até 30% em pesode um amaciante, e) 0 até 100% em peso de aditivo oucoadjuvantes, f) 0 até 100% em peso de uma substânciafarmaceuticamente ativa, g) podem estar contidos de 0 até 20% empeso de um outro polímero ou copolímero na mistura, sendo queos dados em quantidade dos componentes b) até g) referem-se aocopolímero de (met)acrilato e a mistura antes da fusão apresentaum teor de constituintes de baixo ponto de fusão com uma pressãode vapor de pelo menos 1,9 bar a 120<198>C acima de 0,5% empeso, B) desgaseificação da mistura no estado termoplástico atemperaturas de pelo menos 120<198>C, com o que o teor dosconstituintes de baixo ponto de ebulição com uma pressao devapor de pelo menos 1,9 bar a 120<198>C é reduzida a no máximo0,5% em peso, C) injeção da mistura derretida e desgaseificada noespaço vazio de um dispositivo de moldagem por injeção, sendoque o espaço vazio apresenta uma temperatura que situa-se pelomenos 10<198>C abaixo da temperatura de vidro do copolímerode (met)acrilato, resfriamento da mistura de fundido e desenformedo corpo moldado obtido da forma.
