Abstract
"HIDROGEL ALTAMENTE INTUMESCìVEL, RETICULãDO,HIDROFILICO, BASEADO EM MONÈMEROS POLIMERIZADOSOU BASEADOS EM POLìMEROS DE ENXERTO, PROCESSOPARA PRODUçãO DE HIDROGéIS ALTAMENTEINTUMESCìVEIS RETICULADOS, HIDROFìLICO,E, USO DEHIDROGéIS ALTAMENTE INTUMESCìVEIS, RETICULADOS,HIDROFìLICOS". Os hidrogéis são baseados em monómerospolimerizados ou em polímeros de enxerto e cada um tem o ìndicede Absortividade sob Pressão < 100 e absorção vertical de nãomenos do que 12 g/g mediante pressão de 1922,8 Pa. Eles sãoproduzidos através de monómeros hidrofilicos de polimerizaçãoradicalmente livre que contêm certos grupos ácidos, ou seus saisde metal alcalino ou amónio, com (a) reticulador decopolimerização que contém pelo menos duas duplas ligaçõesetilenicamente insaturadas na molécula, e (b) reticulador reativo Aque contém a dupla ligação etilenicamente insaturada e pelomenos um grupo funcional capaz de formar ligações covalentescom os grupos ácidos dos polímeros hidrofílicos, o reticuladorreativo B que contém pelo menos dois grupos funcionais capazesde formar ligações covalentes com os grupos ácidos dos polímeroshidrofílicos, e/ou com íons de metais polivalentes opcionalmentena presença de pelo menos uma base de enxerto para formar opolímero base hidrofílico reticulada, fragmentando o citadopolímero base e formando a pós-reticulação na superfície daspartículas do citado polímero base, e são úteis como absorventespara água e fluidos aquosos.
