Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "APARELHO DE REAçãO DE IRRADIAçãO COM FEIXE DE ELéTRONS". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de reação de irradiação com feixe de elétrons para irradiar um objeto desejado a ser tratado, tal como um gás de descarga, com um feixe de elétrons. Convencionalmente, um tubo de varredura de um dispositivo de irradiação com feixe de elétrons e um dispositivo de reação para receber o feixe de elétrons são rigidamente conectados. Portanto, o esforço excessivo é aplicado em uma porção de conexão entre o tubo de varredura e o dispositivo de reação e não somente vazamento do gás da porção de conexão, mas também rompimento de uma folha de janela metálica fornecida em uma porção de extremidade do tubo de varredura são prováveis de ocorrer. Na presente invenção, para resolver tais problemas, um membro de vedação hermético flexível (23) é fornecido entre uma porção ao redor da porção de extremidade do tubo de varredura (12) e uma borda periférica (18a) de uma abertura de recebimento do feixe de elétrons em uma parede lateral de um dispositivo de reação com feixe de elétrons (18).
