Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA A SECAGEM DECRISTAIS DE PROTEìNAS". A presente invenção refere-se a umprocesso para a secagem de cristais de proteína partindo de umasuspensão de cristais de proteína aquosa, o qual se destaca pelofato, de que a suspensão de cristais de proteína é seca em umasecadora centrífuga, sendo que de preferência, os cristais deproteína após a filtração dos mesmos da suspensão de cristais deproteína são levados para um meio de secagem, que se constituide uma mistura de água e de um solvente não aquoso, miscívelcom água em qualquer razão, o qual possui uma pressão de vapormenor do que a água. Com isso, aplica-se vantajosamente um gásde secagem, o qual é umedecido com água. A suspensão decristais de proteína é transportada, com a finalidade de secagem,vantajosamente para um leito turbilhonar.
