Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PRODUçãO RECOMBINANTE DE CAROTENóIDES, EM PARTICULAR, ASTAXANTINA"<D>. A presente invenção é direcionada a um processo para produzir carotenóides compreendendo cultivar um organismo recombinante tendo um gene para um ou mais fator(res) de resfriamento de espécies contendo oxigênio ativo que é substancialmente rompido com um cassete de ruptura específico ao gene, e recuperar carotenóides a partir da cultura, bem como a materiais genéticos úteis no referido processo, tal como um organismo recombinante produzível a partir de carotenóides, um cassete de ruptura, uma seq³ência de DNA recombinante, um fragmento de DNA recombinante; e um polinucleotídio.
