Abstract

"ESPELHO RETROVISOR COMUM LARGO âNGULO DE VISãO E REDUZIDA DISTORçãO DE IMAGEM úNICA, PARTICULARMENTE PARA VEìCULOS" Um espelho com largo ângulo de visão e reduzida distorção de imagem, a ser usado como um espelho retrovisor externo para veículos, que é obtido monoliticamente por moldagem por injeção sob pressão ou fundição por gravidade de um material altamente transparente, sua superfície incidente externa (15) sendo plana, enquanto reflexiva traseira (14) é obtida por meio de uma superfície asférica, que é gerada pela rotação, em torno de um eixo geométrico que é idealmente paralelo ao eixo geométrico da linha central do veículo, de uma curva que determina, com boa aproximação, um perfil que evita significativa deformação das imagens refletidas.
