Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种多曲面大视野后视镜镜片。所述镜片的镜面形状为自原点向周边渐进发散的多曲面集合,所述镜面形状以下述公式表示:Z=X/A+Y/B,其中,X,Y、Z表示镜面上的点在X轴、Y轴、Z轴上的投影数值,A和B为常数,A的取值范围为600~800,B与A差值的绝对值大于等于100小于等于200。本实用新型的镜面形状呈自原点向周边渐进发散的多曲面镜面,镜面的曲率半径变化是渐进和规律的,镜面形状既照顾到影像和距离判断真实又使视野尽量扩大,使后视镜镜片兼具影像和距离判断真实及视野扩大的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及后视镜镜片领域。
背景技术
现有的后视镜镜片,比如车辆后视镜镜片主要采用平面镜,球面镜和非球面镜三类。平面镜影像真实,但视野狭窄,后视盲区较大。球面镜视野较大,曲率半径越小,后视盲区越少;但随之而来的问题是影像变形,后视距离判断失真。非球面镜是指整个镜面由两处不同曲率半径的球面镜组成,其中主视镜面为曲率半径较大的球面镜,它接近平面镜,约占整个非球面镜的2/3区域,主要解决后视影像真实的问题;辅视镜面为其余的约1/3区域,由曲率半径很小的球面镜组成,主要解决后视盲区的问题。主视镜和辅视镜之间区域采取曲率半径平滑过渡的技术。这种镜面技术较好地解决了视野和失真之间的关系,但是由于主视镜和辅视镜曲率半径相差过大,虽然采取了平滑过渡的技术,在两种镜面过渡的区域,仍然给人影像过渡突兀的感觉,妨碍影正确的距离判断。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种兼顾影像和距离判断真实及视野扩大的多曲面大视野后视镜镜片。为此,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:所述镜片的镜面形状为自原点向周边渐进发散的多曲面集合,所述镜面形状以下述公式表示:
Z=X/A+Y/B,其中,X,Y、Z表示镜面上的点在X轴、Y轴、Z轴上的投影数值,A和B为常数,A的取值范围为600~800,B与A差值的绝对值大于等于100小于等于200。
由于采用本实用新型的技术方案,镜面形状呈自原点向周边渐进发散的多曲面镜面,镜面的曲率半径变化是渐进和规律的,镜面形状既照顾到影像和距离判断真实又使视野尽量扩大,使后视镜镜片兼具影像和距离判断真实及视野扩大的优点。

具体实施方式
参照附图1。本实用新型所提供的后视镜镜片,其镜面形状为自原点向周边渐进发散的多曲面集合,所述镜面形状以下述公式表示:
Z=X/A+Y/B,其中,X,Y、Z表示镜面上的点在X轴、Y轴、Z轴上的投影数值,A和B为常数,A的取值范围为600~800,B与A差值的绝对值大于等于100小于等于200。
在制作时,根据客户要求的后视镜镜面的大小,取双倍于镜面的矩形模具材料作摸具方料,取该矩形中心为原点。
根据客户后视范围的实际需要,取常数A和B,若该后视镜主要用作水平观察,则A小于B;若该后视镜主要用作垂直观察,则A大于B;
根据公式Z=X/A+Y/B,X取值0、1、2、3...n等数值或具有小数的非自然数,Y取值0、1、2、3...m等数值或具有小数的非自然数,相应计算Z的数值,从而形成若干决定镜面形状的坐标值,并根据上述坐标值加工模具方料。
若该后视镜主要用作水平观察,右镜自模具方料右边沿开始加工;左镜自模具方料左边沿开始加工。
若该后视镜主要用作垂直观察,左右镜皆从模具下边沿开始加工。
根据上述坐标值制成模具后,并以此制成后视镜镜片,其形状参照图1。

1.多曲面大视野后视镜镜片,其特征在于所述镜片的镜面形状为自原点向周边渐进发散的多曲面集合,所述镜面形状以下述公式表示:
Z=X/A+Y/B,其中,X,Y、Z表示镜面上的点在X轴、Y轴、Z轴上的投影数值,A和B为常数,A的取值范围为600~800,B与A差值的绝对值大于等于100小于等于200。
