Abstract
"CATALISADORES COM ELEVADO TEOR DE ZEóLITOS E RESISTENTES AO ATRITO, MéTODOS PARA A SUA PREPARAçãO E PROCESSOS COM ELES CATALISADOS" Uma composição de catalisador adequada para reagir hidrocarbonetos, por ex., nos processos de conversão tais como craqueamento catalítico de hidrocarbonetos em leito fluidizado (FCC), contém um particulado resistente ao atrito que possui um elevado nível (30-85%) de zeólitos estabilizados que possuem um índice de restrição de 1 a 12. O zeólito estabilizado é ligado através de um composto de fósforo, alumina e ligantes opcionais onde a alumina adicionada para fabricar o catalisador é de cerca de 10% em peso ou menos e a relação molar do fósforo (P~ 2~O~ 5~) para a alumina total é suficiente para obter um índice de atrito de cerca de 20 ou menos. A composição pode ser usada como um catalisador propriamente ou como um catalisador aditivo a um catalisador convencional e é especialmente adequada para aprimorar os rendimentos de olefinas leves, e particularmente o etileno, produzido durante os processos de conversão.
