Abstract

"PROCESSO DE OBTENçãO DOS ENANTIÈMEROS DA CETAMINA RACêMICA E PROCESSO DE OBTENçãO DE SAIS FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEITáVEIS DE ENANTIÈMEROS DA CETAMINA RACêMICA". A presente invenção descreve um novo processo de obtenção dos enantiómeros da cetamina, a partir da resolução da cetamina racêmica com auxílio de um agente de resolução quiral o qual proporciona a cristalização seletiva dos seus enantiómeros. O agente de resolução é empregado em condições especiais de concentração, as quais conferem estabilidade, reprodutibilidade e elevada pureza enantiomérica ao sal diastereómero precipitado, viabilizando a produção industrial da S-cetamina e seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis.
