Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA MELHORAR O SABOR FRUTìFERO DE GêNEROS ALIMENTìCIOS"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para melhorar o sabor frutífero de gêneros alimentícios com conteúdo reduzido de material de fruta, que compreende adicionar também um composição amilácea resultando de um processo onde uma polpa de farinha de cereal é primeiro submetida à embebição e ainda esterelizada e acidificada e/ou fermentada.
