Abstract
Söz konusu bulus azaltilmis meyve muhtevasina sahip gida maddelerinin içerdikleri meyve tadini arttirmak ile ilgili bir yöntem ile alakalidir ve buna göre bir tahil unu bulamacinin ilk önce islatilmasi daha sonra siteril hale getirilmesi, asitlestirilmesi ve/veya mayalandirilmasi ile elde edilen bir nisastali bilesim gida maddesine eklenir.
