<B>COMPRESSOR DO TIPO PRATO OSCILANTE NO QUAL A LUBRIFICAçãO é FAVORAVELMENTE MANTIDA COM RELAçãO A UMA JUNTA DE PISTãO<D> Em um compressor do tipo de prato oscilante tendo uma sapata disposta entre um prato oscilante e uma superfície cóncava de um pistão, a superfície cóncava tem uma primeira e uma segunda superfície esférica que são adjacentes a e descentradas entre si para fazer um leve degrau se estendendo ao longo da superfície cóncava. A sapata tem uma superfície esfericamente convexa recebida na superfície cóncava. Em uma condição onde a superfície esfericamente convexa é recebida na superfície cóncava, o leve degrau serve para ocasionar uma pequena folga entre a superfície esfericamente convexa e uma parte da primeira superfície esférica. Quando o prato oscilante é girado juntamente com um eixo giratório, a sapata converte uma rotação do prato oscilante em um movimento alternado do pistão.
