Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>''BANDEJA PERFURADA SEM TUBO DE DESCIDA, TORRE DE BANDEJA PERFURADA SEM TUBO DE DESCIDA, E MéTODO DE DESTILAçãO''<D>. Uma bandeja perfurada sem tubo de descida de acordo com a presente invenção satisfaz às condições que seguem: (a) O furo tem um diâmetro de 10 mm a 25 mm. (b) Dois furos adjacentes estão espaçados por uma distância de 1,2d a 3d, medida entre os dois centros. (c) A espessura da bandeja é de 2 mm a 8 mm. (d) A razão de abertura é de 10% a 30%. Uma torre de bandeja perfurada sem tubo de descida equipada com duas ou mais bandejas perfuradas sem tubo de descida de acordo com a presente invenção satisfaz às condições que seguem: (g) As bandejas perfuradas são espaçadas por uma distância de 0,1 D a 0,5 D (D significa o diâmetro da torre). (h) O nível de cada bandeja perfurada é 8 mm ou menos. (i) Se uma pluralidade de bandejas perfuradas for usada no mesmo estágio, os dois furos localizados mais próximos que pertencem respectivamente às bandejas perfuradas adjacentes são espaçados por uma distância de 50 mm a 150 mm, medida entre os dois centros. Ao usar a torre de bandeja perfurada sem tubo de descida, um composto de fácil polimerização, tal como ácido (met)acrílico, ou um líquido contendo tal composto de fácil polimerização pode ser destilado em uma maneira estável por um longo período de tempo com a formação de polímeros sendo prevenida de um modo mais eficaz.
