Abstract
Лизозимният димерен продукт е с високи чистота и добив, подходящ за лечение на вирусни и бактериални болести и не причинява цитотоксични ефекти, дължащи се на мономерната форма. По метода лизозимният разтвор се получава чрез добавяне на мономерен лизозим към буферен разтвор при рн 9. Лизозимният мономер в разтвора се димеризира със суперимидатен свързващ реагент, като рн се поддържа най-малко 9, като в определен момент процесът спира чрез понижаване на рн до 7 с добавяне на киселина. Лизозимният димерен продукт се пречиства най-малко чрез двукратна гелна хроматография, включваща етап на елуиране през колона с агарозен пълнеж, събиране на фракциите, съдържащи главно димерната форма на лизозима, и подлагане на тези фракции поне на още един етап на елуиране през колона с декстранов пълнеж. 16 претенции
