Abstract
По метода органичните вещества се въвеждат в реактор за изсушаване и пиролиза (1), където те контактуват с материала на кипящия слой (35) от горенето(3) или контактуват с материала на кипящия слой (35) и стените на реактора на кипящия слой на горенето (3), при което се осъществява изсушаване и пиролиза. Материалът на кипящия слой (35) и твърдият карбонизиран остатък, съответно с части от водна пара и пиролизни газове, се подават обратно в кипящия слой на горенето (3), в който твърдият карбонизиран остатък на органичните вещества изгаря, материалът на кипящия слой се нагрява и се подава отново в реактора за пиролиза (1). Водната пара, получена от изсушаването, и пиролизните газове (13), се обработват съответно с кондензируемите вещества в друга зона на реакцията (2), така че се получава газ (23) с голяма калоричност. Изсушаването и пиролизата се извършват в поне един или повече реакториза пиролиза (1). Кипящият слой на горенето (3), вкойто изгарят пиролизните остатъци, се третира като стационарен кипящ слой. Пиролизните газове (13)се подават към индиректен топлообменник. Димните газове при горенето (37), обикновено с материала на кипящия слой (35) от кипящия слой на горенето (3), контактуват с индиректния топлообменник (2) по такъв начин, че топлинното им съдържание се използва за реакцията на пиролизните газове (13) с реактива (21).
