Abstract

Масата има Vicat-температура на омекване съгласно ISO 306 (В 50), най-малко 900С, ударна жилавост KSZ (Charpy) съгласно ISO 179/1eA, най-малко 3,0 KJ/m2 при 230C и течливост MVR (2300C/3,8 kg) съгласно ISO 1133, най-малко 11 cm3/10 min. Тя се получава чрез смесване на 80 до 98 тегл. % ударножилаво модифицирана полиметакрилатна формовъчна маса с 20 до 2 тегл. % нискомолекулна полиметакрилатна формовъчна маса в стопилка. Ударножилавата формовъчна маса се състои от 70 до 99 тегл. % матрица, която се състои от 80 до 100 тегл. % радикално полимеризарани метилметакрилатни единици и, евентуално, от 0 до 20 тегл. % други радикално полимеризуеми съмономери и съдържа от 1 до 30 тегл. % ударножилаво модифициращо средство. Нискомолекулната полиметакрилатна формовъчна маса се състои от 80 до 100 тегл. % от радикално полимеризирани метилметакрилатни единици и от 0 до 20 тегл. % от други радикално полимеризуеми съмономери. Масата има вискозитетно число (етаsp/c), измерено в хлороформ (съгласно ISO 1628, част 6), от 25 до 35 ml/g.
