Abstract
Методът се осъществява в CFB пещ или реакторно устройство с увеличена циркулация на реагенти от най-фини частици. Циркулацията се подобрява чрез рециклиращ газ уловени фини частици от събиращ бункер за твърди частици, свързан към сепаратор за твърдичастици, връщащ се обратно в реактора. Система отедин или повече тръбопроводи е свързана към горната част на събиращ бункер за твърди частици с реактора. Тръбопроводната система има средства за рециклиращия газ от бункера към реактора. Методът е икономически изгоден и позволява рециклирането на най-фини частици, които могат да бъдат изнесени от газовия поток, излизащ от сепаратора.
