Abstract

Reciclado de sólidos finos en un lecho fluidificado circulante. Se proporciona una unidad de reactor u horno de CFB que tiene una circulación mejorada de las partículas más finas de los reactivos. Esa mejor circulación se consigue reciclando el gas que lleva partículas arrastradas procedentes de una tolva de recogida de sólidos conectada al separador de sólidos, de vuelta al reactor. Un sistema de uno o más conductos conecta la parte superior de la tolva de recogida de sólidos al reactor. El sistema de conductos está equipado con medios para reciclar el gas procedente de la tolva, devolviéndolo al reactor. El invento es un sistema económico, que permite reciclar las partículas más finas, que en otro caso serían arrastradas con el flujo de gas que sale del separador.
