Abstract

Изобретението се отнася до непрекъснат метод за получаване на полиамид чрез взаимодействие на поне един аминонитрил с вода. Той включва следните етапи: 1) поне един аминонитрил взаимодейства с вода вмоларно съотношение от 1:1 до 1:10, при температура от 90 до 4000С и налягане от 0,1 до 15.106 Ра вразходомерна тръба, съдържаща уплътнителни елементи на кисел катализатор на Брьонстед, избран от бета-зеолит, слоест силикат или титанов диоксид, уплътнителни елементи и метални уплътнителни елементи, до получаването на реакционна смес; 2) следва взаимодействие на реакционната смес при температураот 150 до 4000С и налягане, по-ниско от налягането в етап 1). Температурата и налягането са избрани така, че да се получи първа газова фаза и първа течна или първа твърда фаза или смес от първа твърдаи първа течна фаза. Първата газова фаза се отделяот първата течна или първата твърда фаза или от сместа от първата течна и първата твърда фаза, и 3)първата течна или първата твърда фаза или сместа от тях се смесват с газообразна или течна фаза, съдържаща вода, при температура от 150 до 3700С и налягане от 0,1 до 30.106 Ра, като се получава смес на продукта.
