Abstract

Спосіб синтезу сечовини з аміаку й двоокису вуглецю з утворенням карбамату амонію як проміжного продукту проводиться з використанням двох, зон, що чітко розрізняються, сполучаються одна з одною і підтримуються практично при тому самому тиску. Перша функціонує при температурах від 170 до 230°С с утворенням першої рідкої суміші й другої переважно газоподібної суміші, що містить в основному аміак, воду, двоокис вуглецю й, можливо, також інертні продукти. Друга зона функціонує при більш низькій температурі, ніж перша. Тому, принаймні, 5% за вагою другої переважно газоподібної суміші відносно ваги вищезгаданої першої рідкої суміші, переноситься з першої зони в другу з наступним утворенням у ній ще однієї рідкої суміші. Ця суміш містить аміак, карбамат амонію й, можливо, також сечовину, яку знову переносять із другої зони в першу.
