Abstract
Изобретението се отнася до катализатор, който се използва при метод за очистване на намиращи се подналягане отпадъчни /отработени/ газове, получени след окислението на пара-ксилол /р-Х/ с въздух в течна фаза при получаването на диметилтерефталат /ДМТ/. Катализаторът съдържа като компоненти: а) най-малко един окис на титана и б) най-малко един елемент от VIII подгрупа на Периодичната система на елементите в метална и/или окисна форма. Изобретението се отнася също до метод за получаване на такъвкатализатор, при който компонентите б/ се нанасятвърху формовани тела, съдържащи най-малко компонентите а/, самостоятелно или в комбинация и чрез потапяне и/или напръскващо импрегниране. Изобретението се отнася и до метод за очистване на намиращитесе под налягане отработени газове, отпадащи след окислението на пара-ксилол /р-Х/ с въздух в течна фаза при получаването на диметилтерефталат. Намиращият се под налягане кислородсъдържащ отработен газ от окислението преминава през едностепенна или многостепенна кондензация, едностепенна или многостепенна абсорбция и последващо допълнително изгаряне, в даден случай при добавяне на кислород каталитично под налягане. За каталитичното допълнително изгаряне се използва посоченият катализатор.
