Abstract

Il est possible de diminuer beaucoup la formation de produits de chloration oxygénés de l'éthylène dans l'oxychloration de l'éthylène en deux étapes si,dans la seconde étape, on fait passer les gaz usés provenant de la réaction de la première étape, après leur avoir ajouté du chlore sous une pression de 1 à 7 bar et à une température de 100 à 300 degrés C, à des débits spatiaux de 100 à 50000 h-1, sur des catalyseurs constitués de supports sur lesquels ont été déposés des chlorures et/ou des oxydes de manganèse, de nickel et/ou de cobalt.
