Abstract
Dispositif et procédé pour former par pyrolyse, un revetement de composé métallique sur du verre chaud (1) (feuille ou ruban) qui se déplace sous une chambre de traitement (6) ouverte vers le bas. Le réactif est pulvérisé dans cette chambre (6) depuis une hauteur d'au moins 75 cm. au dessus du substrat. La chambre (6) a une longueur totale d'au moins 2m. et comprend un passage (13) le long duquel s'exercent des forces d'aspiration. Le réactif est partiellement vaporisé dans la zone de pulvérisation (9) tandis qu'une partie de celui-ci continue son trajet vers le substrat. Application à la formation de couches d'oxydes, p.ex. d'oxyde d'étain.
