Abstract

Procédé et dispositif de formation d'un revêtement par voie pyrolytique sur un substrat 1 (feuille ou ruban) de verre chaud qui se déplace sous une chambre de traitement 6 ouverte vers le bas. L'ambiance gazeuse au voisinage de la face du substrat où commence la formation du revêtement est contrôlée par une couverture de gaz préchauffé que l'on fait entrer dans la chambre 6 dans la direction 3 de déplacement du substrat. L'invention est particulièrement utile à la formation de couches d'oxydes, p. ex. d'oxyde d'étain. (CF DESSIN DANS BOPI)
