Abstract
Procédé et dispositif de formation d'un revetement de composé métallique par pyrolyse sur un substrat chaud en matière vitreuse, p. ex. des feuilles ou un ruban de verre, qui se déplace au travers d'un poste de revetement (5) dans lequel du réactif est projeté sur le substrat à partir d'un dispositif (6) qui traverse le parcours du substrat (1) de façon répétée. La région balayée par la zone de contact (10) entre le réactif et le substrat est surmontée de dispositifs de chauffage radiant (11). L'invention est particulièrement utile à la formation de revetements d'oxyde métallique de bonne qualité optique.
