Abstract

Procédé de production de particules expansées suivant lequel une dispersion aqueuse contenant des particules expansibles d'une résine de polypropylène, contenant un agent porogène et un adjuvant d'expansion, est maintenue à une température supérieure au point de ramollissement de la résine et sous pression, et on libère la dispersion à une pression inférieure de manière à expanser les particules. L'adjuvant d'expansion est un solide organique ou inorganique avec des particules de 0,1 à 150 et un point de fusion supérieur à la température d'expansion des particules.
