Abstract

Μία νέα μέθοδος για την παραγωγή κοκκώδους θειϊκού αμμωνίου, το οποίο ρέει ελεύθερα και δεν συσσωματώνεται, με τίτλο κατ'ελάχιστον 20,5 % και με κοκκομετρική σύσταση και σκληρότητα όμοια των κοινών κοκκωδών λιπασμάτων.Η μέθοδος χαρακτηρίζεται από τον συνδυασμό της κλασσικής δεξαμενής αντίδρασης και του αυλωτού αντιδραστήρα (χωρίς να στερεί την δυνατότητα χρήσης ενός εκάστου εξ αυτών). Γίνεται χρήση θειϊκού οξέος, υγρής ή αέριας αμμωνίας και νερών πλύσης των απαερίων της αντίδρασης. Ο παραγόμενος πολτός στην δεξαμενή αντίδρασης και στον αυλωτό αντιδραστήρα έχει τις κατάλληλες συνθήκες θερμοκρασίας, πίεσης, υγρασίας, πυκνότητας και pH, έτσι ώστε εισερχόμενος σε κοκκοποιητή να μετατρέπεται σε κόκκους της επιθυμητής κοκκομετρίας και σκληρότητας. Σημασία για την επιτυχία της μεθόδους έχει η κατανομή της τροφοδοσίας των πρώτων υλών και του νερού στα δύο στάδια της παραγωγής.Η μέθοδος χρησιμοποιείται για την παραγωγή λιπάσματος με υψηλό ρυθμό, με καλά χαρακτηριστικά ποιότητας και ελαχιστοποίηση επίδρασης στο περιβάλλον.ΰ
