Abstract
Dans un procédé de fabrication continue de longs corps de carbone, une enveloppe remplie de pate d'électrode carbonée non cuite et d'un liant est descendue à travers un four de cuisson, l'enveloppe étant perforée et les gaz dégagés lorsque la pate d'électrode est chauffée traversent les perforations et pénètrent dans le four. De l'air est fourni pour la combustion des gaz et l'énergie fournie au four de cuisson est ajustée pour y maintenir une température de 700 à 1300 degrés C,
