La présente invention se rapporte à un outil pour coiffeurs destiné à permettre de réaliser différentes opé- rations telles que coiffer, rectifier, lustrer et soigner (régé- nérer) les cheveux.
D'une manière générale cet outil est caractérisé en ordre principal en ce qu'il est formé de deux branches articu- lées entre elles munie chacune d'une poignée l'une de ces bran- ches considérée comme la branche principale étant de section en substance circulaire et étant munie d'un dispositif de chauf- fage tandis que l'autre branche possède un profil ouvert vers le bas choisi de manière à lui permettre d'épouser la forme de la branche principale ,
Une particularité essentielle consiste en ce que- la branche principale comprend un alésage recevant une cartouche ou un élément amovible percé de trous dans lequel est logée une mèche ou un équivalent imbibé d'un liquide ou d'un autre produit de telle sorte que sous l'effet de la chaleur il se forme des vapeurs qui sont évacuées par des trous percés dans la branche principale.

Afin de bien faire comprendre l'invention, on explique- ra ci-après en se référant aux dessine tout d'abord, la construction de l'appareil et ensuite 'es différences utilisations.

Comme le montrent les dessins, l'outil objet de l'inven- tion comprend deux branches 1 et 2 qui sont articulées entre elles au moyen d'un axe 5 et qui sont munies chacune d'une poignée 3-4.
Dans l'exemple représenté la branche 2 qui est la bran- che principale a une section circulaire tandis que la branche 1 pos- sède un profil ouvert vers le bas choisi de manière à lui permettre d'épouser la forme de la branche 2.
La branche 2 contient des résistances 6 alimentées en courant et toute manière appropriée par exemple par des fils 7 s'étendant dans la poignée 3 et raccordés par exemple par une fiche oscillante 8 à un conducteur extérieur 9.
D'autre part, cette branche 2 est munie d'un alésage 10 qui reçoit une cartouche ou un élément tubulaire amovible 11 percé de trous 12.
Dans cette cartouche est logée une mèche par exemple en amiante imbibée d'un liquide approprié ou d'un autre produit comme par exemple de la lécithine.
Sous l'effet de la chaleur produite par les résistances 6 il se forme des vapeurs qui sont évacuées par des trous 13 percés dans la branche 2.

En général l'élément 11 possede à proximité de l'une de ses extrémités une saillie circulaire 16 prenant à frottement doux dans l'alésage 10 de telle manière qu'il subsiste un espace 14 entre la cartouche 11 et la paroi de l'alésage 10.
Cette cartouche 11 se termine en général par un organe de préhension par exemple un oeillet 15 qui permet la mise en place et l'enlèvement aisé de la cartouche.
Cet appareil peut être utilisé comme outil de travail proprement dit en vue de réaliser des opérations de coiffures modernes notamment gonfler, bomber, lisser.
A titre d'exemples, on peut citer les cas suivants a) une coiffure a été réalisée sur des cheveux (même légèrement) trop frisés et une rectification est nécessaire; b) la coiffure mise en pli n'est pas conforme aux prescriptions données par le maître-coiffeur ou par le responsable de l'achève- ment; c) la cliente n'est pas tout à fait d'accord sur l'exécution.

Dans certains cas, on peut arriver, à éviter l'utilisa- tion de bigoudis, de pinces ou de rouleaux de tous genres.
Sans aller jusqu'à déclasser ni détrôner la mise en plis, un tel appareil peut arriver, en raison de la rapidité d'exécution et du gain de temps, à la remplacer très avantageusement pour la cliente pressée, le passage au séchoir se limitant à quelques minutes.
Mais cet appareil trouve une utilité essentielle dans le cas de clientes qui attendent autre chose que'être bien coif- fées.
Il procure en effet par son action lissante et lustrante de beaux cheveux brillants même dans le cas de cheveux malmenés rendus râpeux et présentant l'aspect de l'étoupe.

Ce lustre est obtenu par une double act'ion combinée, à savoir : a) la chaleur produite par les résistances 6 provoque le déplacement des écailles de la structure des cheveux ; b) les vapeurs formées par l'action de la chaleur sur le liquide imprégnant la mèche logée dans la cartouche 11 permettant toute action de "régénération" sur les cheveux et notamment la péné- tration de vapeurs d'huile à base de lécithine (principal consti- tuant des cheveux) et cela dans les interstices les plus infimes.
Ce dégagement de vapeur se fait en surface et en contact direct avec le cheveu et permet donc un apport direct des constituants par exemple de la lécithine à la dose voulue déterminée par l'état du cheveu.
Il est a remarquer que jusqu'à présente les shampooings appliqués après les bains d'huile réalisés de la manière habituelle- ment connue étaient nécessairement très détergents ce qui détruisait l'effet utile de l'opération. Grâce à l'utilisation de l'appareil objet de l'invention, on réussit à laisser subsister le "brillant" et cela sans aucune perte de temps.
Il va de soi que les vapeurs peuvent être formées à partir de n'importe quel corps autre que la lécithine et même être formées simplement de vapeur d'eau.
