<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

<Desc/Clms Page number 6>
<Desc/Clms Page number 7>
'Eu premier
<Desc/Clms Page number 8>
<Desc/Clms Page number 9>
<Desc/Clms Page number 10>

The present invention relates to a @@@@@@@ aa! <! link allowing the rapid construction of buildings - of any type, whether they are small constructions or very large constructions with many floors.
According to the invention, such a construction method consists of using for the construction of a wall two rows of so-called shuttering elements, prefabricated in a durable material, and between which a filling material, such as concrete, intended to form a body with the formwork elements to form therewith the aforesaid wall, the formwork elements being able to be manufactured so as to have a finished surface on the outside and / or inside of the constructed building.
The formwork elements used will therefore be made of a durable material ensuring good insulation, such as cement-based materials, asbestos-cement, plastics, natural or artificial stone, earthen materials.

fired, enameled materials, ferrous and non-ferrous metallic elements, eto. These materials are therefore insulating in themselves, but they can of course be coated with an additional insulator.
According to one embodiment, a metal framework being provided for the wall to be produced, said framework is concreted between the formwork elements, as the kings * pleating of the cavity left between them.
According to another embodiment, a metal framework being provided for the wall to be produced, the various elements of the framework are previously coated with normal concrete, so as to protect the metal, the assembly nodes being concreted after assembly. of these frame elements, the filling between the formwork elements around the frame, possibly carried out with a lower quality filling material, The frame elements can still be coated beforehand with a light and insulating material. not attacking metal, for example terracotta aggregates.
According to yet another embodiment, a reinforced concrete frame being provided, this frame is then concreted between the formwork elements, as and when the cavity left between oeux-oi is filled, said concrete frame being able to be lined or surrounded by additional insulation beforehand.
According to another embodiment suitable for small constructions, the space left between the rows of prefabricated formwork elements of a durable material is left empty, the wall being formed by these formwork elements alone.
The formwork elements facing each other will normally be joined together by reinforcements,
It should be noted that the row of formwork elements intended to constitute the face of the wall, outside the building, can be furnished with a facade made of traditional materials, such as

The elements according to the invention, a certain number of types of which will be described below with reference to the drawings, promise the erection of all constructions, quickly, whether they are small buildings or buildings. with several stages normally requiring a metal framework or other very important. The construction method of the invention also has the advantage of ensuring perfect insulation of the building, and this already under construction, the elements used being themselves excellent insulators.
The simplest case to consider in the first place is that of the erection of a vertical wall, for example an interior or exterior wall of a building.
For this purpose, plates will be used, hereinafter called shuttering plates, of the type shown in Figures 1 to 4 and said to be installed, for example, according to Figures 5 and 6. Such cladding can be made of any material. durable and giving good insulation, such as, for example, cement-based materials, asbestos-oiment, plastics, natural or artificial stone (small granite, marble or other), terracotta materials, enamelled materials, metal products **, ferrous or non-ferrous liquids, etc.
In the case shown in Figures 5 and 6, the plates 1 are nested next to each other to form two rows of plates, which will be intended to form shuttering for the wall to be erected, being / while this shuttering will not be not removed later. The plates of Figures 1 may have small ears 2 which will allow the attachment between them of the two rows of plates 1 by reinforcements 3. It is shown in Figures 1 to 4, the edges 4 of the plate 1 allowing easy interlocking adjacent plates. It is obvious, however, that other interlocking systems can be provided.
Between the rows of plates, held by the reinforcements 3, we can have any filling material, such as. concrete, and as the rise of the wall
<Desc / Clms Page number 6>
in. built.
The construction method of the invention could be applied in various ways.
In the case of a building with a metal frame, the latter may be concreted as the cavity existing between the rows of plates is filled, a cavity in which said frame is therefore placed.
In another practical embodiment, the various elements of the metal framework are previously concreted so as to protect the metal, the assembly nodes of the various elements being concreted after assembly of the framework. Concreting between the facing plates arranged on either side of this framework can then be carried out, and this with infill materials of lesser value, if desired. We understand that we can even use materials that would normally attack the metal.
The various elements of the metal framework can also be concreted with a light and insulating material that does not strike the metal, such as terracotta aggregates, for example.
Instead of a metal frame, one can obviously provide a reinforced concrete frame made in the usual way, this frame then being surrounded by rows of plates between which the filling material is therefore placed, for the completion of the wall. . clear concrete framework, before being embedded in the filling material, can obviously be lined with additional insulation beforehand.
It is :. note also that, in the case of small constructions, in particular constructions without floors, the space left between the rows of formwork elements can be left empty, the wall or the wall being thus constituted by the formwork elements only .
Figures 7 and 8 show the construction of a wall in the same way as in tifures 5 and 6, but providing for the connection with a transverse wall. It could be, for example, a wall
<Desc / Clms Page number 7>
a connected building exterior 5 / an interior wall 6. The shuttering plates 7 of the wall 6 therefore have suitable cavities to be able to fit into the plates 1 of the wall 5.
In Figures 9 and 10 there is shown the realization of an exterior wall angle, a metal beam e being provided at the location of the corner. This beam 8 can therefore, if necessary, be lined with an insulator 9, according to the considerations expressed above.
The formwork plates will be constructed and shaped according to their destination. Their dimensions, both in surface and in thickness, will obviously vary depending on the case. These interior or exterior plates may be flat, curved, angular) eto, so as to be able to meet all needs.
The plates intended to form the facade of a building or the exterior surface of a wall shall be of the appropriate color and may appear in any aspect; for example, they can give the appearance of bricks, natural or artificial stones, marble, architectural sandstone, cement, etc.
We can even use enamel plates.
The plates intended to constitute a wall or an interior wall of a building will have a definitive appearance, that is to say, that they can immediately receive a painting, a wallpaper, etc., as if it is was a capped wall. Such interior plates may also have a preparatory surface for receiving a traditional material.
These various interior or exterior plates, although being insulating in themselves, can still receive, if desired, an additional layer of insulation.
As regards the external plates, they can obviously be provided so as to receive a traditional material which will constitute the facade of a building, for example.
In Figures 16 and 17 there is provided a facade 10 of facing bricks, coming to join the outer shuttering plates 11. This way of proceeding has various advantages. 'Got first
<Desc / Clms Page number 8>
instead, it allows the facade to be made from any material chosen. Secondly, it allows the use of facing materials of any / quality since the insulation is always provided by the outer shuttering plates 11.
It also makes it possible to install the facade in facing materials after the construction and closure of the building itself.
In other words, the facade can be installed while the interior work is being carried out. It will be noted, in FIGS. 16 and 17, that a metal beam 12 has been provided beforehand with a concrete column 13, before the actual construction of the wall thanks to the external plates 11 and the internal plates 14.
For an opening in the front, for example for a tent, it is possible to provide frame elements of Bpéoia- les shapes allowing to fit easily, during construction, in the interior and exterior plates of the wall where the
1! Opening in question. Thus, in Figures 11 to 14, there is provided a lintel 15, a threshold 16 and risers 17, which fit on the adjacent plates 18. This way of proceeding allows the arrangement to be made. completely finish / with such an opening in the facade as the wall is erected. Of course, an opening assembly of the usual type could be combined with the interior and exterior plates of the wall, for example by woodwork.
Figure 15 also gives the embodiment of a window opening with a threshold 16 and uprights 17, as in Figures 11 to 14. However, the lintel 19 is provided in a particular shape to receive a shutter 20. .
It is obvious that many other construction details, such as niches for radiators, fan-box and fireplace shelves, etc., can be achieved by simply modifying the shape of the plates, as seen in figures 11. to 15. Thus, in FIGS. 21 to 24, a casing plate 1 of the usual type has been shown but having a sheath 21 for the. passage of electric wires, and an opening 22 for a switch or an outlet. In FIG. 25, special plates have been provided.
<Desc / Clms Page number 9>
ciales 23 forming, at the base and / or laterally, niches 24 intended to be able to receive various pipes, these niches being able to be closed by movable elements 25.
In this same figure 25 and in figure 20 there are shown special plates 26 which have, at their base, a recess intended to receive a plate 27. One could conceive in the same way formwork plates intended to be used. near ceilings and can accommodate various types of moldings.
In Figures 18 and 19 are shown two types of linked parts of slabs that can advantageously be used in connection with the construction system of the invention. The application of these slabs can also be seen in figures 15, 20 and 25.
In the case of FIG. 18, the slabs are in the shape of an inverted U and comprise, between their base, an element made of soft material 28, for example of wood, intended to allow the laying of covering plates 29. The cavities 30, remaining between the slabs and the. upper part of these, are lined with concrete or other suitable material.
In Figure 19, the slabs are formed by trapezoidal caissons interlocking by their base 31 so as to form a finished surface that can serve as a ceiling without any other provision of usual covering plates. The cavities 32, between boxes and the upper part of the latter, are also lined with concrete or other suitable material. Finally, in Figures 26 to 28 there is shown a door frame of which the uprights 33 and the lintel 34 are shaped so as to be able to fit together, during construction, on the adjacent plates 35.
It will easily be understood that this working method explained above will allow the rapid construction of durable and perfectly insulated buildings.
It should be understood that the invention is not limited to the above embodiments but that many variants are
<Desc / Clms Page number 10>
possible without going beyond the scope of this patent.
