L'emploi de rondelles intercalaires présente plusieurs in- convénients.

PERFORATED CONICAL TUBE FOR WIRE ENDORSEMENT.
The most advantageous way to dye or bleach yarn on spools is by winding it on a conical tube, preferably stainless steel because this tube comes off very easily after finishing the yarn and can be replaced by a tube. wooden or cardboard tube so that the metal tube is immediately available again.
After winding the wire * the coils thus formed are slipped onto a clarinet (perforated tube or triangular rod) to form columns, and the last coil is covered with a cap to stop the passage of the circulation bath. These different columns are fixed and held in place on a material holder or placed directly on the false bottom of the treatment apparatus.
However, it is necessary to place a metal washer (spacer) between each coil to prevent excessive tightening of the superimposed coils and to prevent the metal edge from cutting into the body of the coil.
The use of spacers has several drawbacks. Not only does it require additional work during the finishing operation, but there is a risk that part of the bath may escape during the treatment between these two metal surfaces, especially when the tubes are damaged by prolonged use.
The object of the present invention is to remedy this drawback and consists in that the perforated conical tube has at the bottom, inside an upwardly drawn bottom (of concave shape) in which is fitted. the top of another tube.
In Figures 1 and 2 of the accompanying drawings, there is shown at 1 a conical tube provided with holes 2 and having upwards a fold

3 to Interior
In accordance with the invention, in the lower part of the large diameter of each tube there is incorporated a bottom 4 stamped upwards acting as an interlayer.
As shown in figure 3, the narrow part of the conical tube which protrudes from the wire of the reel B fits into the deep-drawn part of the upper conical reel and thus prevents compression of the reel, the latter being limited by the rigidity of the tube.
The stamped bottom determines around a central hole 6, the ornamentation of a ring 7 against which the upper end of a lower tube bears, (fig. 3).
In this way, very homogeneous columns of yarn are obtained because the layers of yarn touch each other and, by swelling the yarn during finishing, form a tight contact preventing any untimely passage of the circulation bath.
The bottom stamped in the lower part of the conical tube 'has the further advantage of remarkably strengthening the tube against any lateral compression to which it is subjected during the spinning aimed at eliminating. excess fluid.
The stamped bottom can be fixed in the interior of the conical coil in various ways.
Welding points can be provided for this purpose, or else the wide end of the conical tube can be folded inwards, (reference 5).
CLAIMS.

Perforated conical tube used for winding and finishing the wire. characterized in that it has at the bottom, inside a bottom (4) upwards (of concave shape) in which the upper part of another tube fits into such a way that the coils in series on the material carrier, forming columns, constitutes a very homogeneous layer of wire and perfectly sealed to the passage of the circulation bath.
