Perfectionnement aux tables à desservir repliables et à plateaux amovibles.
L'invention a pour objet une table à desservir de fabrication robuste et permettant un repliage aisé.
On connait des tables à desservir du type dans le- quel un plateau amovible est supporté par des pieds en X, dont les branches sont articulées l'une sur l'autre vers la moitié de leur hauteur, tandis que leur extrémité supérieure est reunie par une bande souple*
Les tables de ce type presentent l'inconvénient d'- être peu stables et d'exposer les deux branches des X à s'- ecarter l'une de l'autre brusquement par suite de la rupture d'une des bandes souples.
La table à desservir conforme à l'invention evite ces défauts grâce à ce qu'elle est constituée par des pieds

supportes par des roues pivotantes et reunis sur deux faces opposees de la table par l'intermédiaire de charnières, du type "piano" ou analogue, par des traverses en deux parties assemblees egalement par des charnières de ce type. En outre, ces mêmes traverses presentent intérieurement des réglettes destinées à supporter un plateau amovible.
Grâce à cette fabrication spéciale, la table presente une grande stabilité et d'autre part elle peut aisément être repliée, de manière à limiter considérablement son encombre- ment.

Les pieds 1 sont reunis lungitudinalement par deux traverses parallèles ordinaires 3, tandis que transversale- ment les pieds sont réunis par deux Traverses parallèles en deux parties 4a et 4b. Entr'elles, comme avec le pied corre& pondant de la table, ces deux parties sont reliées au moyen de charnières 5, du type "piano" ou équivalent.

D'autre part, les traverses 4a et 4b sont pourvues intérieurement chacune d'une reglette horizontale 6 de lar- geur suffisante pour supporter sur ses bords un plateau 7, de fabrication connue, lequel s'insérera ainsi dans les bat- tees 2 des pieds 1 et viendra reposer sur les réglettes 6 aux deux niveaux choisis. Le plateau inférieur 7 prendra a.ppui également sur les pieds 1, au fond des battées 2, Cha- que plateau 7 se trouve ainsi emboité, dans la table,comme le montrent les Fig.l et 2.
Pour replier la table, on enlève les plateaux 7, puis on presse sur les charnières 5 réunissant les deux partie-s 4a, 4b des traverses latérales vers l'intérieur; ces deux parties pivotant autour de leurs charnières exté- rieures s'effaceront entre les traverses longitudinales 3, que- l'on rapproche alors l'une de l'autre, comme le montre la Fig.4. La table est ainsi repliée et n'occupe plus qu'une. place très limitée.
Il est bien entendu que l'invention n'est pas limi- tee aux formes et dimensions de la table représentée au des- sin, celui-ci n'étant donne qu tà titre exemplatif.

Improvement to folding serving tables and removable trays.
The invention relates to a serving table of robust manufacture and allowing easy folding.
We know tables to serve of the type in which a removable top is supported by X-shaped legs, the branches of which are articulated one on the other towards half of their height, while their upper end is joined by a flexible band *
Tables of this type have the drawback of being unstable and of exposing the two branches of the Xs to move away from each other abruptly as a result of the rupture of one of the flexible bands.
The serving table according to the invention avoids these defects thanks to the fact that it consists of feet.

supported by pivoting wheels and united on two opposite sides of the table by means of hinges, of the "piano" type or the like, by crosspieces in two parts also assembled by hinges of this type. In addition, these same crosspieces internally have strips intended to support a removable plate.
Thanks to this special construction, the table is very stable and on the other hand it can easily be folded up, so as to considerably limit its size.

In the embodiment shown in the drawing, the table to be served comprises four legs 1 supported by swivel wheels 1 '. From the level of placement of the lower plate, each leg has a batten 2 upwards.
The feet 1 are united lungitudinally by two ordinary parallel crossbars 3, while the feet are transversely joined by two parallel crossbars in two parts 4a and 4b. Between them, as with the corresponding leg of the table, these two parts are connected by means of hinges 5, of the "piano" type or equivalent.

On the other hand, the crosspieces 4a and 4b are each provided internally with a horizontal bar 6 of sufficient width to support on its edges a plate 7, of known manufacture, which will thus fit into the bars 2 of the bars. feet 1 and will rest on the strips 6 at the two chosen levels.
