La présente invention a pour objet un appareil servant à la préparation de la boisson de café et autres infusions lequel se caractérise par le fait que le récipient destiné à recevoir la boisson sortant sous la pression de la vapeur formée dans une bouilloire, par un bec recourbé vers le bas, est susceptible de rester appuyé, pendant la formation de la pression nécessaire et pendant la sortie de la boisson, sur un plan concentriquement formé sur la tête de l'appareil de sorte que l'orifice du dit bec se trouve directement au-des- sus du centre du dit récipient.
Cet appareil est caractérisé, en outre, par les détails de construction permettant la réalisation parfaite de la pré- sente invention.
Au dessin annexé es représentée, à titre d'exemple, une forme de réalisation de l'invention.
