La présente invention a pour objet un étui pour montre et bâton de rougeo
Cet étui est constitué essentiellement par une boîte dans laquelle est logée la montre qui peut pivoter

sur une charnière, afin d'être relevée.
Il a,de préférence, une forme aplatie ovale et allongée et est recouvert par deux volets s'ouvrant latérale- ment autour de charnières.
L'ouverture de ces volets a lieu au moyen d'un poussoir à ressort qui commande le basculement de deux le- viers produisant le relèvement des volets, ce mécanisme étant logé dans un prolongement tubulaire de la boîte eon- tenant la montre; du côté opposé à ce prolongement est prévu un autre prolongement tubulaire dans lequel est logé le bâ- ton de rouge et qui est recouvert par un capuchon.
La description qui va suivre en regard du des- sin annexé , donné à titre d'exemple, fera bien comprendre de quelle manière l'invention peut être réalisée.
Les figures 1,2 et 3 représentent en coupe ver- ticale, en coupe transversale, et en coupe horizontale ledit étui.
Les figures 4 et 5 représentent en coupe verti- cale et en coupe transversale l'étui avec le bottier de mon- tre relevé et les volets ouverts.
La figure 6 montre ledit étui en perspective , le boîtier de montre relevé et les volets ouverts.
Ledit étui, de forme allongée de manière à af- fecter la forme d'un bâton court, se compose d'une boîte a ayant une section de forme ovale aplatie comportant deux pro- longements de même forme b1 b2.
A l'intérieur de la boîte a est monté à char- nière un boîtier de montre rectangulaire c. et la charnière est soutenue par un support d.

Ladite botte! est recouverte par deux volets e montés sur des charnières latérales f de manière à pou- voir s'ouvrir, ainsi que on le voit sur les figures 4,5 et 6, et dégager complètement le dessus de la botte ! pour permettre au boîtier de montre c de se soulever et de prend- re la position inclinée représentée sur les dites figares.
La commande de ces volets e a lieu au moyen du mécanisme suivante
Dans le prolongement b1 est disposé un bouton qui fait saillie sur le dessus dudit prolongement, ce bou- ton est solidaire d'une traverse h qui attaque à ses deux extrémités deux leviers coudés i qui pivotent sur deux axes 1 montés sur les côtés du prolongement b1.
Les extrémités de forme cylindrique des dits leviers i et qui sont opposées à celles sur lesquelles ap- puie la traverse h soumise à l'action d'un ressort de rap- pel k , s'engagent chacune dans une rainure m ménagée dans les volets e au voisinage de leurs charnières f.
On comprend qu'en appuyant sur le bouton on baisse la traverse h ce qui provoque le basculement, dans le sens de la flèche de la figure 1 ,des leviers 3:. et par sui- te le soulèvement des deux volets e; la montre c peut alors être amenée dans la position inclinée représentée sur les figures 4,5 et 6, dans laquelle elle est maintenue par la pression des volets, due au rappel du ressort k qui tend à faire pivoter les leviers 1 en sens inverse de la flèche de la figure 1.
L'autre prolongement b2 sert de récipient pour le bâton de rouge; ce dernier est monté dans une capsule n qui peut coulisser à l'intérieur du prolongement b2 et est guidé par deux coulisseaux o ,servant à sortir ou à rentrer

le bâton de rouge et se déplaçant dans des rainures 2 pra- tiquées dans le dit prolongement b2.
Ce prolongement est coiffé par un capuchon mobile r qui, lorsque l'on veut se servir du bâton de rouge, est retiré et peut venir s'emboîter à 1'extrémité du pro- longement b1 de l'autre côté de l'étui, ainsi qu'on le voit en particulier sur la figure 4.
Pour faire rentrer la montre dans son étui ,il suffit d'appuyer légèrement sur elle pour la faire basculer en sens inverse, et les deux volets e sous l'action du res- sort de rappel k se ferment automatiquement.
Il va sans dire que des modifications de dé- tails peuvent être apportées à la réalisation de cet étui- montre,sans pour cela sortir du cadre de la présente inven- tion.

It preferably has a flattened oval and elongated shape and is covered by two flaps opening laterally around hinges.
The opening of these shutters takes place by means of a spring plunger which controls the tilting of two levers producing the raising of the shutters, this mechanism being housed in a tubular extension of the case holding the watch; on the side opposite to this extension there is another tubular extension in which the red stick is housed and which is covered by a cap.
The description which will follow with regard to the appended drawing, given by way of example, will make it clear how the invention can be implemented.
Figures 1, 2 and 3 show in vertical section, in cross section, and in horizontal section said case.
Figures 4 and 5 show in vertical section and in cross section the case with the watch case raised and the flaps open.
FIG. 6 shows said case in perspective, the watch case raised and the flaps open.
Said case, of elongated shape so as to affect the shape of a short stick, consists of a box a having a section of flattened oval shape comprising two extensions of the same shape b1 b2.
Inside the box a is hinged a rectangular watch case c. and the hinge is supported by a bracket d.

Said boot! is covered by two flaps e mounted on side hinges f so as to be able to open, as seen in figures 4, 5 and 6, and completely release the top of the boot! to allow the watch case c to rise and take the inclined position shown in said figares.
The control of these shutters e takes place by means of the following mechanism
In the extension b1 is disposed a button which projects on top of said extension, this button is integral with a cross member h which attacks at its two ends two bent levers i which pivot on two pins 1 mounted on the sides of the extension b1.
The ends of cylindrical shape of said levers i and which are opposite to those on which rests the cross member h subjected to the action of a return spring k, each engage in a groove m formed in the shutters e in the vicinity of their hinges f.
It is understood that by pressing the button the crossbar h is lowered which causes the tilting, in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 1, of the levers 3 :. and by following the lifting of the two flaps e; the watch c can then be brought into the inclined position shown in Figures 4, 5 and 6, in which it is held by the pressure of the flaps, due to the return of the spring k which tends to cause the levers 1 to pivot in the opposite direction to the arrow in figure 1.
The other extension b2 serves as a container for the red stick; the latter is mounted in a capsule n which can slide inside the extension b2 and is guided by two sliders o, used to exit or re-enter

the stick of red and moving in grooves 2 made in said extension b2.
This extension is capped by a movable cap r which, when you want to use the stick of rouge, is withdrawn and can fit into the end of the extension b1 on the other side of the case, as seen in particular in Figure 4.
To place the watch in its case, all you have to do is press it lightly to tilt it in the opposite direction, and the two flaps e under the action of the return spring k close automatically.
It goes without saying that modifications of details can be made to the production of this watch case, without departing from the scope of the present invention.
