La présente Invention a pour objet un dispositif de goulot verseur destiné principalement aux Bidons à essence , disposi- tif spécialement applicable aux goulots en cuivre coulé ou autre'métal massif .
Les goulots actuellement employés sont de deux espèces: les plus répandus se composent d'un goulot fileté exté- rieurement et fermé par un bouchon calotte fileté intérieure- ment ;
Dans les autres, le goulot est fileté intérieurement et fermé,par un bouchon fileté extérieurement.
Les deux dispositifs présentent l'inconvénient de ne pro- téger en aucure facon le filetage extérieur, soit du goulot, soit du bouchon; Or, ceux qui manipulent les bidons ont l'habitude ,pour verser, d'appliquer plus ou moins brutalement

le goulot sur un appui quelconque .et de laisser tomber fré- quemment le bouchon , ce qui amène inévitablement la détério- ration du filetage extérieur de ces objets, la mise hors d'usa- ge du goulot complet et souvent celle du bidon. four éviter ces inconvénients,l'inventeur emploie un dispositif comprenant un goulot fileté intérieurement et un bouchon calotte formé d'un bouchon fileté extérieurement et protégé sur toute, sa hauteur , et même au delà , par une en- veloppe concentrique qui coiffe le goulot lorsque le bouchon est vissé dans celui-ci.
De la sorte seront mis à l'abri des causes de détérioration ,les filetages et du goulot et du liouohon.
Il est bion entendu quo le môme résultat peut être obte- nu en employant un bouchon calotte ordinaire fileté intérieure- ment et un goulot fileté extérieurement mais protégé par une enveloppe concentrique de même hauteur et fixée au bidon.
Le goulot et le bouchon sont pourvus du dispositif de scellement décrit dans le brevet belge n 269 072 du 3 juillet

L'examen comparatif des figures 1 , 2 et 3 permet de se rendre compte des avantages que présente le dispositif et de la façon dont l'inventeur s'y est pris pour assurer la protec- tion des filetages tant du goulot que du bouchon : filetage intérieur 6 du goulot 8 .filetage 5 porté par le corps du bouchon calotte 7 , oorpo entouré de l'onvoloppo 9 à laquelle , par surcroît de précaution , est donnée une hauteur un peu supérieure à celle du corps.
Au fond de l'espace annulaire compris entre le corps et l'enveloppe du bouchon calotte, est disposé un joint souple 16, contre lequel vient frotter l'extrémité du goulot ce qui permet d'obtenir une étanchéité absolue de la fermeture. lies bridon 10 et 11 portées respectivement par le goulot et le bouchon,sont comme le montre la figure 4 percées d'ou- vertures 12 sur tout leur pourtour ou sur une partie de celui- ci. Le scellé 13 représenté en figure 5 , présente un épau- lement 14 et deux trous ou boutons 15 .
Ces derniers servent au scellement proprement dit , tandis que l'épaulement a pour but de limiter la pénétration du scellé dans les ouvertures des brides. Il faut, en effet , que le scellé soit introduit d'une quantité telle qu'après rabattement du ses deux extrémi- tés l'une sur l'autre ,les trous ou boutons 15 coïncident ; on n'y arrive, avec le scellé ordinaire,qu'après une série de tâtonnements qui donnent lieu à une perte de temps. Ces inconvénients sont évités grâce à l'existence de l'épaulement il suffit d'introduire le bout le plus long du scellé dans les ouvertures des brides et de pousser à fond pour pouvoir sans s'y reprendre .replier les extrémités de façon que les trois ou boutons correspondent.

The comparative examination of Figures 1, 2 and 3 makes it possible to realize the advantages of the device and the way in which the inventor went about ensuring the protection of the threads of both the neck and the stopper: internal thread 6 of the neck 8 .filetage 5 carried by the body of the cap cap 7, oorpo surrounded by the onvoloppo 9 to which, as an added precaution, is given a height slightly greater than that of the body.

These drawbacks are avoided thanks to the existence of the shoulder, it suffices to introduce the longer end of the seal into the openings of the flanges and to push fully in order to be able to bend the ends without resuming them so that the three or buttons match.
