Abstract

La présente invention concerne d'une manière générale le malaxage de particules ou de poudres de ciment calcaire et d'eau, en vue d'une utilisation pour la fabrication de béton. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'on pompe la pâte à partir du prolongement intérieur et inférieur (11a) du récipient (10) et on fournit la pâte ainsi pompée, à grande vitesse, à la partie supérieure et intérieure du récipient (10) tout en continuant l'agitation, on évacue la pâte à partir du récipient (10) pour la faire s'écouler en direction d'un récipient de malaxage auxiliaire (41), en vue de son malaxage avec des agrégats, et on emploie de l'eau de lavage pour éliminer la pâte subsistant sur des surfaces se trouvant dans le récipient de malaxage principal (10) et en vue de la faire s'écouler vers le récipient auxiliaire (41).
