  Verfahren zum Decken und Trocknen von Füllmassen und Zucker in Centrifugen. 



   DasAusschleudernderverschiedenenProductederZuckerfabricationmittelstCentrifugen bezweckt bekanntlich die Trennung eines aus zwei Bestandtheilen verschiedenen   Aggregatzustandes bestehenden Gemisches   in die beiden fraglichen Bestandtheile, bezw. das Isolieren des flüssigen Sirups von den festen Krystallen. 



   Ist nun die Flüllmasse, welche geschleudert werden soll, wegen ihres geringen Wasser-   g.'haltes oder wegen   zu niederer   Temperatur   zu fest und unbeweglich, so wird sie mit Sirup eingemaischt, hiedurch der flüssige Bestandtheil vermehrt und der Masse so die zur   Schleuderarbeit erforderliche Beweglichkeit verliehen.

Da nun erfahrungsgemäss die Trennung des Syrups von den   Zuckerkrystallen umso     vollständiger stattfindet, je wärmer die betreffende Zuckermasse geschleudert wird, der zur

   Bei weitergehender Reinigung, d. i. in dem Falle. als in der Centrifuge ein Decken

 bildet, und die letzten Deckflüssigkeitsreste (Condensate) fast vollständig von den   KrystalIen   entfernt, sondern auch ein Trocknen des in der Trommel   zurückbleibenden   Zuckers bewirkt, was z. B. bei der Erzeugung von Krystallzucker sehr wicktig ist, insofern es die bei wenig trockenem Deckdampfe beim Sieben u. s. w. eintretenden Übelstände beseitigt und bei der
