Die bisher verwendeten Einsatze für die Azotierofon bestehen aus einem unten geschlossenen Metallzylinder, dessen Mantel rund gelocht ist. Im Innern sind die Ein- sätze mit Wellpappe ausgekleidet, damit das in Pulverform eingebrachte Karbid nicht durch die Öffnungen herausfallen kann.
Zweck der Erfindung ist die Beseitigung der Papiereinlage der Einsitzt für Azotier- öfen, welche den Durchtrittsquerschnitt für die Luft in ubzutrlg1icher Weise verringern und ausserdem an sich unpraktisch und unwirtschaftlich sind. Das angestrebte Ziel wird dadurch erreicht, das der Mantel des Zylinders nicht mehr rund durchgeiocht wird, aondern maultaschenförmigeÖffnungenohneMaterialverlustenthält.
Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt. Es zeigt :

Inside, the inserts are lined with corrugated cardboard so that the powdered carbide cannot fall out through the openings.
The purpose of the invention is to eliminate the paper insert of the seats for azotizing ovens, which reduce the passage cross-section for the air in an unreasonable manner and, moreover, are inherently impractical and uneconomical. The aim is achieved in that the jacket of the cylinder is no longer perforated round, but instead contains mouth-shaped openings without any loss of material.
