EMI1.1
The subject of the invention is a method for the production of reinforced concrete inserts of any cross-section with brackets cut out from lateral webs and bent up.
Reinforced concrete inserts of this type are known. It is also known to bend the ends of the bracket like a hook in order to achieve a good connection between the insert and the concrete. The bending of the ends of the stirrups had to be carried out after the latter had been made.
In contrast, the aim of the present invention is to slit the ends of the stirrups reaching into the pressure zones and to bend the branches or prongs that result in different ways. This particular configuration of the ends of the stirrups is carried out simultaneously with their production in one operation. For this purpose, punches are used whose punching surface which cuts the prongs consists of two mutually offset parts.
In the drawing, a reinforced concrete insert produced according to the new method is shown in a side view in FIG. 1 and in a vertical cross section in FIG. 2. 3 and 4 show the punches used in front and side views. 5 shows the manner in which the reinforced concrete insert is produced, specifically at the moment when one part of the punch has punched out one prong and is about to form the second prong. Fig. 4 shows the punch at the end of the operation, that is, at the moment when the stirrups are bent in the desired manner after the prongs have been formed.
The material used to form the reinforced concrete insert consists in a known manner of the main part a and the two lateral webs b, which can be rolled onto the main part or otherwise connected to it. The brackets c are punched out and bent up from the webs b in a known manner, as can be seen from FIG.
According to the invention, prongs d have now been produced at the same time as the production of these brackets c at their free ends, d. H. the free ends of the bracket c are divided by appropriate punches and bent at different levels.
For this purpose, punches f are used (Fig. 3, 4) whose punching surface consists of two mutually offset parts g, h, in such a way that the part 11, which thus first comes to act on the webs b, is angled protrudes against the other punching surfaces g. During the punching process, the webs b between the individual brackets c were supported by abutments i. According to FIG. 5, the protruding part h of the punching surface has first come into effect and has punched a prong d out of the webs b and bent it downwards. The punching surface 9 now comes into effect, through which the bracket c is punched out and bent, as can be seen from FIG.
According to the invention, prongs d are produced at the free ends of the stirrups c at the same time they are punched out, which prongs extend into the pressure zone and serve to better anchor the insert.
