Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf jene bereits bekannten doppelwandigen Schutzgehäuse für Schleudermaschinen zwecks Verhütung von Unglileksfällen beim Zerreissen der Trommel, deren innere Wand aus Wellblech besteht und deren Zwischenraum mit einer elastischen, etwa aus Kork bestehenden Schichte ausgefüllt ist. Die Anbringung solcher Schutzgehäuse (vgl. D. R. P. Nr. 464379) erfolgte bisher in der Weise, dass sowohl die innere Wellblechwand als auch der äussere Mantel für sich gesondert am Boden der Sehleudermasehine, z. B. durch Aufschweissen, befestigt wurden.
Alsdann wurde die elastische Zwisehenschichte, also etwa der Kork, eingefüllt und festgestampft und der zwischen der Innen-und Aussenwand befindliche, nunmehr ausgefüllte Raum oben durch einen besonderen Deckel abgeschlossen.
Die Erfindung stellt sich nun die Aufgabe, ein solches Schutzgehäuse so auszugestalten, dass es auch nachträglich in jede vorhandene Schleuder eingebaut werden kann, ohne dass Teile derselben entfernt zu werden brauchen und vor allen Dingen, ohne dass die Schleuder deshalb zur Fabrik geschickt

Die Zeichnung zeigt in Fig. 1 einen senkrechten Schnitt und in Fig. 2 einen waagrechten Schnitt nach Linie II-II der Fig. 1 durch Schleuder und Gehäuse. Fig. 3 ist eine schaubildliche Darstellung des Schutzgehäuses gemäss der Erfindung.
Das die Sehleudertrommel e umgebende Gehäuse besteht in bekannter Weise aus der äusseren, zweckmässig aus Blech bestehenden Panzerwand e und der inneren Wellblechwand d. Der Hohlraum zwischen den beiden Wänden ist erfindungsgemäss oben und unten durch je eine Kreisringscheibe g abgeschlossen und mit einem geeigneten elastischen Stoff f, insbesondere Kork, ausgefüllt. Die Höhe dieses zylindrischen Schutzgehäuses, das auf irgendeine Weise (Anlöten, Aufnieten od. dgl.) am Boden a der Schleuder befestigt wird, richtet sich nach den Abmessungen der Sehleudermasehine. Das Schutzgehäuse bildet somit eine in sich geschlossene Einheit, die in jede vorhandene Schleuder leicht eingesetzt werden kann.

The invention relates to those already known double-walled protective housings for centrifugal machines for the purpose of preventing accidents when the drum tears, the inner wall of which is made of corrugated iron and the space between which is filled with an elastic layer, for example made of cork. The attachment of such protective housings (see. D. R. P. No. 464379) has so far been carried out in such a way that both the inner corrugated iron wall and the outer jacket separately on the bottom of the Sehleudermasehine, z. B. by welding attached.
