Die Druckwalze von Offset- und Blechdruckschnellpressen ist bekanntlich mit einem Drucktuch bespannt, das die Farbe vom Stein auf das Druckgut überträgt. Dieses Drucktuch, das aus festen Geweben mit einer dicken Gummiauflage besteht, wird einerseits mittels Schrauben an der Druckwalze befestigt, andererseits zum Nachspannen auf eine in der Walze ruhenden Welle aufgewickelt. Das an sich etwas elastische Drucktuch, das einer sehr starken Spannung unterliegt, da es stramm um die Druckwalze liegen muss, zerrt und verzieht sich nun aber, so dass sich dann sehr leicht, weil die Schrauben dem Tuch nur an einzelnen Punkten Widerstand bieten, zwischen den Schrauben Falten in) Drucktuch bilden.
Diese Falten und Unebenheiten verursachen schon nach kurzer Zeit des Arbeitens Störungen, so dass ein Umlegen des Tuches notwendig wird. Ausserdem leidet das Drucktuch durch das Verziehen derart, dass seine Brauchbarkeitsdauer wesentlich ver-

seitigt, dass an den einen Ende des Drucktuches eine über die ganze Breite desselben reichende feste Wulst angebracht ist. Mit dieser die Wulst tragenden Seite wird das Drucktnch an der Druckwalze befestigt derart, dass unmittelbar vor der Wulst eine feste Schiene gebracht, die alsdann mittels Schrauben oder dgL au der Walze festgelegt wird.

Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einem Ausführungsbeispiel durgestellt, und zwar zeigt : Fig. 1 das Drucktuch in Seitenansicht, Fig. 2 dasselbe in Drauf- sicht, Fig. 3 eine Druckwalze mit aufgespanntem Drucktuch im Querschnitt.
Auf dem einen Ende des Drucktuches A ist über dessen ganze Breite eine feste Wulst B angebracht, die zweckmässig mit dem Tuch aus einem Stuck angefertigt wild. Vor der Wulst B können in dem Tuch A eine Anzahl Löcher zum Durchführen der Be- festigungsschranben angeordnet sein. Zum Halten des Drucktuches A auf der Druckwalze D dient eine vor der Wulst B gelegte Schiene C. Diese ist mit der gleichen Anzahl Löcher wie das Drucktuch versehen, durch welche die Schraubenbolzen der Druckwalzo reichen, worauf diese dann mit ihren Muttern versehen werden.
Das Spannen des Tuches erfolgt in bekannter Weise durch Aufwickeln desselben auf die Welle E, die zu dem Zweck vorteilhaft mit einem kurzen Leder-oder dgL Tuch versehen ist, an dem das Drucktuch in geeigneter Weise befestigt wird.
