Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Kaffee-Röstvorrichtung, welche im Wesen dadurch charakterisiert ist, dass die drehbar gelagerte Rösttromrnel zu beiden Seiten des die Feuerung enthaltenden Kastens vorsteht und an ihren beiden Stirnseiten mit leicht auswechselbaren Platten aus durchsichtigem Materiale, insbesondere Mica, versehen ist, so dass der Gang des Röstprocesses verfolgt werden kann.
