In der Landwirtschaft werden bekanntlich Elevatoren u. dgl. verwendet, die aus zwischen Ketten laufenden, mit Zinken versehenen Latten bestehen. Zweck vorliegender Erfindung ist, diese Elevatoren zur Verladung von körnigen oder linolligen Produkten, Erde, Sand usw. geeignet zu machen. Zu diesem Zwecke wird über die Querlatten des sonst unverändert bleibenden Strohelevators ein Überzug, bestehend aus Sackleinwand, Kettengewebf, Netzgewebe o. dgl. gelegt. Der Überzug ist zum Durchlässen der Zinken mit Öffnungen versehen. Die Zinken selbst werden durch eine entsprechend geformte Haube abgedeckt, um das Material aufschaufeln zu können und das Zurückfallen des aufgeschaufelten Materials zu verhindern.
Dieser Elevator bildet eine allgemein verwendbare Verladevorrichtung für landwirtschaftliche Zwecke.
