Aus der DE-OS 2304584 ist es bekannt, dass Pyrazolinverbindungen, die in den Stellungen. l und 3 oder 1, 3 und 5 des Pyrazolinringes einen Substituenten aufweisen, auf Gliederfüsser, wie Milben und Insekten, eine Biozidwirksamkeit ausüben.

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist somit ein Insektizidpräparat, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es als Wirkstoff ein 1, 3, 4-substituiertes Pyrazolinderivat der allgemeinen Formel

Strukturell verwandte 1, 3, 4-substituierte Pyrazolinderivate bilden den Gegenstand der AT-PS Nr. 342585.
Die darin beschriebenen Verbindungen weisen ebenfalls günstige Insektizideigenschaften auf.
Wenn in den Symbolen R, und R3 eine Alkylgruppe, Alkylthiogruppe, Alkoxygruppe, Dialkylaminogruppe oder eine N, N-Dialkylcarbamoylgruppe als Substituent der Phenylgruppe vorhanden ist, enthält der Alkylrest 1 bis 4 C-Atome ; eine Cycloalkylgruppe enthält 3 bis 6 C-Atome ; eine Alkoxycarbonylgruppe enthält 2 bis 5 C-Atome.
Aus der der Erfindung zugrundeliegenden biologischen Untersuchung hat sich ergeben, dass die Verbindungen eine starke Insektizidwirksamkeit aufweisen und bei geringen Dosierungen be-

eingesetzten Verbindungen erheblich stärker als die der bekannten 1, 3- und 1, 3, 5-substituierten Pyrazoline ist. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass die erfindungsgemäss eingesetzten Verbindungen in vielen Fällen neben einer sehr starken Wirksamkeit gegen den Koloradokäfer sowie dessen Raupe auch eine starke Wirksamkeit gegen die Gelbfiebermücke aufweisen.
Bei den bekannten Verbindungen aus der Reihe von 1, 3, 5-substituierten Pyrazolinen und 1, 3-substituierten Verbindungen wird meistens neben einer starken Wirksamkeit gegen Larven des Koloradokäfers eine weniger starke Wirksamkeit gegen die Raupe (Larven des Kohlweisslings) und dabei in vielen Fällen keine oder nahezu keine Wirksamkeit gegen Larven der Gelbfiebermücke gefunden.
Als wirksame erfindungsgemäss eingesetzte Verbindungen, die häufig bei einer Konzentration von 0, 3 bis 3 TpM sehr stark wirksam sind gegen Larven des Koloradokäfers, bei einer Konzentration von 0, 3 bis 30 TpM gegen die Raupe und bei einer Konzentration von 0, 03 bis 0, 3 TpM gegen Larven der Gelbfiebermücke, können erwähnt werden :

Insbesondere weisen die Verbindungen der Formel (I), worin R3 Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 C-Atomen ist, das mit einer Alkoxygruppe mit 1 bis 4 C-Atomen oder einer Dialkylaminogruppe oder einer gegebenenfalls durch Methyl substituierte Piperidin- oder Piperazingruppe substituiert ist, sehr starke insektizide Eigenschaften auf.
Auf Grund ihrer starken Insektizidwirksamkeit können die erfindungsgemässen Mittel in ge- ringen Dosierungen zur Bekämpfung von Insekten verwendet werden. Die Höhe der Dosierung ist von vielerlei Faktoren, wie z. B. der Art der verwendeten Verbindung, der Insektenart, der ange- wandten Formulierung, dem Stand des mit Insekten infizierten Gewächses und den Wetterbedingun- gen, abhängig. Im allgemeinen gilt, dass für die Bekämpfung von Insekten im Acker- und Gar- tenbau eine Dosierung entsprechend 0, 05 bis 1 kg des Wirkstoffes pro Hektar günstige Resultate ergibt.
Erfindungsgemäss werden die Wirkstoffverbindungen zu Präparaten verarbeitet. In diesen Prä- paraten ist der Wirkstoff mit festem Trägermaterial gemischt oder in flüssigem Trägermaterial ge- löst oder dispergiert, wobei gegebenenfalls Hilfsstoffe, wie oberflächenaktive Stoffe und Stabilisa- toren, zugesetzt werden.
Beispiele von Präparaten der Erfindung sind wässerige Lösungen und Dispersionen, Öllö- sungen und Öldispersionen, Pasten, Stäubepulver, Spritzpulver, mischbare Öle, Granulate, Invert- emulsionen, Aerosolpräparate und Räucherkerzen.
Spritzpulver, Pasten und mischbare Öle sind Präparate in Konzentratform, die vor oder wäh- rend der Anwendung mit Wasser verdünnt werden.
Die Invertemulsionen werden hauptsächlich bei Luftapplikation verwendet, u. zw. wenn grosse
Oberflächen mit einer verhältnismässig geringen Präparatmenge behandelt werden. Die Invert- emulsion kann kurz vor oder sogar während der Bespritzung in der Spritzanlage dadurch herge- stellt werden, dass Wasser in einer Öllösung oder einer Öldispersion des Wirkstoffes emulgiert wird. Nachstehend werden beispielsweise einige Präparatformen näher erläutert.
Granulare Präparate werden dadurch hergestellt, dass z. B. der Wirkstoff in ein Lösungsmit- tel aufgenommen und die erhaltene Lösung gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Bindemittels auf gra- nularem Trägermaterial, wie porösen Granülen (z. B. Bimsstein und Kaolin), mineralen nichtporösen
Granülen (Sand oder gemahlener Mergel), organischen Granülen (z. B. getrockneter Kaffeesatz und geschnittene Tabakstengel), imprägniert wird.
Ein granulares Präparat kann auch dadurch hergestellt werden, dass der Wirkstoff zusam- men mit pulverförmigen Mineralien in Gegenwart von Gleit- und Bindemitteln komprimiert und das
Komprimat zu der gewünschten Korngrösse desintegriert und ausgesiebt wird.
Stäubepulver können dadurch erhalten werden, dass der Wirkstoff innig mit einem inerten festen Trägermaterial, z. B. in einer Konzentration von 1 bis 50%-Masse, gemischt wird. Als Beispiele geeigneter fester Trägermaterialien seien erwähnt : Talk, Kaolin, Pfeifenton, Diatomeenerde,

Spritzpulver werden dadurch hergestellt, dass 10 bis 80 Masseteile eines festen inerten Trägermaterials, wie z. B. die obengenannten Trägermaterialien, mit 10 bis 80 Masseteilen des aktiven Stoffes, 1 bis 5 Masseteilen eines Dispergiermittels, wie z. ester von Fettsäuren oder Polyoxyäthylensorbitolester von Fettsäuren verwendet werden. Die Konzentration der aktiven Verbindung in diesen mischbaren Ölen ist nicht an enge Grenzen gebunden und kann z. B. zwischen 2 und 50%-Masse variieren.
Ausser einem mischbaren Öl kann als flüssige und hochkonzentrierte primäre Zusammensetzung auch eine Lösung der aktiven Verbindung in einer mit Wasser gut mischbaren Flüssigkeit, z. B. Aceton, erwähnt werden, wobei dieser Lösung ein Dispergiermittel und gegebenenfalls ein Netzmittel zugesetzt wird. Bei Verdünnung mit Wasser kurz vor oder während der Verspritzung wird dann eine wässerige Dispersion der aktiven Verbindung erhalten.
Ein Aerosolpräparat der Erfindung wird auf übliche Weise dadurch erhalten, dass die aktive Verbindung gegebenenfalls in einem Lösungsmittel in eine als Treibgas zu verwendende flüchtige Flüssigkeit, wie z. B. ein Gemisch von Chlor-Fluor-Derivaten von Methan und Äthan, aufgenommen wird.
Räucherkerzen oder Räucherpulver, d. h. Präparate, die beim Brennen einen Pestizidrauch entwickeln können, werden dadurch erhalten, dass der Wirkstoff in ein brennbares Gemisch auf-

Ausser den obengenannten Bestandteilen können die Mittel nach der Erfindung auch andere für Anwendung in Mitteln dieser Art bekannte Stoffe enthalten.
Zum Beispiel kann einem Spritzpulver oder einem zu granulierenden Gemisch ein Gleitmittel, wie Kalzium- oder Magnesiumstearat, zugesetzt werden. Auch können z. "Klebemittel", wie Polyvinylalkohol und Cellulosederivate oder andere kolloidartige Materialien, wie Casein, zur Verbesserung der Haftung des Pestizidmittels an der zu schützenden Oberfläche zugesetzt werden.
In die Präparate der Erfindung können ausserdem an sich bekannte Pestizide aufgenommen werden. Dadurch wird das Wirkungsspektrum des Präparats verbreitert und es kann Synergismus auftreten.

Verbindungen, in denen R2 eine andere Bedeutung als Wasserstoff hat, können aus den auf die obenstehende Weise erhaltenen Pyrazolinen, in denen R = H, in an sich bekannter Weise her- gestellt werden. Verbindungen, in denen R, Alkyl ist, können z. B. durch Reaktion der Verbin- 5 dung, in der R2 = H, mit einem Alkylhalogenid in einem polaren Lösungsmittel in Gegenwart eines
Säurebinders erhalten werden.
Ein anderes Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen, in denen R 2 eine andere Bedeu- tung als Wasserstoff hat, besteht in der Reaktion eines Pyrazolinderivats, das in Stellung 1 nicht substituiert ist, mit einem R t. 2 -disubstituierten Carbamoylchlorid oder R,, R 2 -disubstituierten 3 Carbaminsäureester.
Das Ausgangsmaterial der Formel (II) kann auf verschiedene Weise, je nach der Art der
Substituenten X und R 3, hergestellt werden.
Wenn der Substituent R 3 eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Pyridylgruppe darstellt, kann das

Das erhaltene Produkt wird dann in Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels, wie eines Alkohols, z. B.

Die erhaltenen Produkte werden dann bei erhöhter Temperatur und in Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels, wie Äthanol, mit Hydrazin zur Reaktion gebracht, wobei die Verbindung der Formel (II) erhalten wird.
Im folgenden wird die Herstellung von erfindungsgemäss eingesetzten Wirkstoffen näher erläutert.
Herstellungsweise 1 : 1- (p-Chlorphenylcarbamoyl)-3- (p-chlorphenyl)-4- (2-methoxyäthyl)- A 2-pyr- azolin. a) In 30 ml Dioxan wurden 10, 6 g Dimethylaminhydrochlorid, 4 g Paraformaldehyd und 21, 3 g 4'-Chlor-4-methoxybutyrophenon suspendiert. Dieses Gemisch wurde 30 h am Rückfluss gekocht und dann abgekühlt. Anschliessend wurde das Dioxan grösstenteils unter vermindertem Druck abgedampft.
Dem Rückstand wurden Wasser und Äther zugesetzt ; die Ätherschicht wurde abgetrennt, mit Wasser gewaschen, mit Natriumsulfat getrocknet und eingeengt. Ausbeute 21, 2 g 2- (p-Chlorbenzoyl)- - 4-methoxybuten-l. b) Eine Lösung von 21, 2 g 2- (p-Chlorbenzoyl)-4-methoxybuten-l und 10 ml Hydrazinhydrat in 50 ml Äthanol wurde 5 h gekocht. Nach Destillation wurden 12, 3 g 3- (p-Chlorphenyl)-4- (2-meth- oxyäthyl)-#2-pyrazolin erhalten, Kp. bei 0, 47 bis 0,53 mbar : 155 bis 165 C. c) Einer Lösung von 12 g 3-(p-Chlorphenyl)-4-(2-methoxyäthyl)-#2-pyrazolin in 50 ml trockenem Äther wurden 7, 7 g p-Chlorphenylisocyanat zugesetzt. Nach einstündigem Rühren wurde der Äther abdestilliert und durch 50 ml Petroläther ersetzt.
Dann wurde nochmals 16 h lang gerührt und der Petroläther abgesaugt. Ausbeute 17, 4 g der im Titel genannten Verbindung, Fp. 87 C.

Nach Einengung wurde Wasser zugesetzt und das Reaktionsgemisch mit 50% Natronlauge alkalisch gemacht.

Nach Extrahieren mit Äther, Waschen mit Wasser, Trocknen und Einengen wurden 26, 7 1-(Dime- thylamino)-2- (p-chlorbenzoyl)-4-piperidinobutan erhalten. b) Eine Lösung von 26, 7 g der nach a) erhaltenen Verbindung und 10 ml Hydrazinhydrat in 35 ml Äthanol wurde 7 h am Rückfluss gekocht und dann destilliert. Es wurden 18, 1 g 3-(p-Chlorphenyl)-4-(2-piperidinioäthyl)-#2-pyrazolin erhalten. Kp. bei 0, 5 bis 0, 7 mbar : 200 bis 208 C. c) Einer Lösung von 29, 2 g 3-tp-Chlorphenyl)-4- (2-piperidinoäthyl)-A'-pyrazolin in 500 ml Petroläther wurden 15, 4 g p-Chlorphenylisocyanat zugesetzt. Das Gemisch wurde 12 h gerührt und dann abgesaugt. Auf diese Weise wurden 36, 4 g der im Titel genannten Verbindung erhalten, Fp. 134'C.

Auf diese Weise wurden 28, 5 g 2- (p-Chlorbenzoyl) - - 4-phenoxybuten-l erhalten. b) Eine Lösung von 28, 5 g der nach a) erhaltenen Verbindung und 10 ml Hydrazinhydrat in 50 ml Äthanol wurde 5 h am Rückfluss gekocht. Dann wurde das Reaktionsgemisch abgekühlt und abgesaugt.
Auf diese Weise wurden 19 g 3-(p-Chlorphenyl)-4-(2-phenoxyäthyl)-#2-pyrazolin erhalten. c) Einer Lösung von 3 g der nach b) erhaltenen Verbindung in 15 ml Äther wurden 1, 8 g
