    Radiological procedure.

A radiological process is protected by patent no. 128587, which consists in using iodomethanesulfonic acid salts or their solutions for the radiographic visualization of hollow systems of the warm bloom organism.

In further processing it was found that not only the salts or solutions of salts of iodomethanesulfonic acid itself, but also the salts or the solutions of salts of such iodomethanesulfonic acid
 EMI1.1
Representation of hollow systems of the warm-blooded organism are suitable and applicable in the manner described in the parent patent.

Example 1: 20 g of the sodium salt of 1-iodoethane-1-sulfonic acid are given to a person prepared by an appropriate diet. dissolved in 100 e of water, injected intravenously within 1 to 2 minutes. A few minutes later, an X-ray is taken in the usual way, which provides a natural picture of the urinary tract.

Example 2: A person who has been prepared by an appropriate diet is injected intravenously within a few minutes with 20 g of 1-iodopropane-1-sulphate sodium, dissolved in 100 cubic meters of water. Shortly afterwards, an X-ray is taken in the usual way, on which the urinary tract appears well represented.

The same result is obtained if, instead of the salts given in the examples, those of iodomethanesulfonic acids which are substituted by other alkyl radicals are used.
