METODO PARA LA FABRICACION DE COMPOSICIONES DE BIZCOCHOS QUE CONTIENEN PSYLLIUM, QUE COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: A) MEZCLAR HASTA LOGRAR UNA MASA UNIFORME LA FIBRA DE PSYLLIUM CON UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA SATURADA DE COMPONENTES DE AZUCAR; B) MEZCLAR UN COMPONENTE GRASO CON LA MASA DESPUES DEL PASO A); C) MEZCLAR CON LA MASA DESPUES DEL PASO B), YA SEA SECUENCIALMENTE O TODOS JUNTOS, LOS COMPONENTES RESTANTES DE LA MASA DEL BIZCOCHO, Y D) HORNEAR LA MASA PARA REDUCIR EL CONTENIDO DE AGUA DE LA COMPOSICION, PARA PRODUCIR COMPOSICIONES DE BIZCOCHO HORNEADO CONTENIENDO PSYLLIUM, CONTENIENDO DICHA MASA: A) ENTRE 10% Y 20% DE FIBRA DE PSYLLIUM; B) ENTRE 5% Y 17% DE UNA FIBRA DIETETICA INSOLUBLE; C) ENTRE 13% Y 20% DE UN COMPONENTE GRASO; D) ENTRE 10% Y 40% DE UN COMPONENTE DE HARINA; E) ENTRE 5% Y 40% DE UN COMPONENTE DE AZUCAR; Y F) ENTRE 1.5% Y 3.5% DE AGUA.
