Abstract
Un método de preparar una composición acuosa de humo, sustancialmente neutralizada, utilizable en envolturas tubulares para alimentos, teniendo dicha composición un pH mayor de 5, método que comprende neutralizar una solución de humo líquido que comprende constituyentes colorantes y aromatizantes del humo, con un agente neutralizador alcalino en la presencia de una cantidad de un agente solubilizador alcohólico soluble en agua, que es suficiente para mantener en solución a los constituyentes del humo de dicha solución de humo líquido.
